I managed to find a couple of patents that are in this area and were issued to

Here's the link to one of the patents (once opened, search on chromium)--no idea if they are actually using this process with SCF now--in patents typically a rather wide (but related) area is claimed

One of our researchers would like to add hexacarbonyl Chromium as a precursor for his work with supercritical fluid. Do you know of any other university or industry using the same method I can ask? Any safety precaution to add beside a fume hood, safety glasses, body shield, face shield ? He had used CO2 as a precursor before with no issue. Chromium does make me nervous however. Any thoughts or suggestions you have are welcome.
